A name, location, or other term entered in a search box is sent to the third-party provider that operates that tool. Greene County Released Inmates does not store or log those search terms on its own systems. The provider's policy governs its handling.

We retain email or contact-form messages as needed to respond. We do not share them outside the organization unless the law requires disclosure.

Links lead to sheriff and corrections pages, release-record sources, government portals, and outside search tools. Once a reader follows a link, the destination's privacy policy controls. We do not sell personal information. Data may be handled by search partners that process a query, analytics providers, advertising networks, and law-enforcement or government bodies acting under a valid legal order.
